POSITION DESCRIPTION

System Integrator is responsible for the implementation of Soft-Tech solutions for variety of government and private organizations. The system integrator also provides implementation assistance for system integration issues during
implementation.
TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Implement Soft-Tech solutions based on documented Soft-Tech standards
• Update Soft-Tech solutions based on documented Soft-Tech standards
• Review Soft-Tech implementations to ensure compliance to updated Soft-Tech standards
• Provide implementation assistance for system integration issues during implementation
• Execute and document technology site survey for the Soft-Tech solution
• Design, develop, implement and maintain simple Crystal Reports from Soft-Tech solutions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in Computer Science/Studies from an accredited institution
• Microsoft or equivalent Certification for Microsoft Windows Systems and Active Directory
• Microsoft or equivalent Certification for Microsoft SQL Server
• At least 2 years of experience administering Microsoft Windows and SQL systems
• Working experience of a middleware preferably Progress OpenEdge 10

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent SQL skills to design reports from SQL based database
• Excellent diagnostic skills to troubleshoot issues arising during implementation
• Very good training skills to train client technology counterparts
• Good logical and programming skills to use during troubleshooting issues
• Working knowledge of Crystal Reports designer to change crystal reports
• Driven to implement technology for improving client business
• Understand client systems and integrate Soft-Tech solutions within client systems
• Discretion, good judgment, organizational or management ability, initiative, and the ability to    work independently
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Swahili
• Should be able to operate under tight pressure
