·         Answering all incoming and outgoing calls Greeting of clients and provide clients with all the necessary information about the resort Making sure that the reception area is clean and tidy all the time.
·         Solve all problems that clients experience during their stay at the resort, Manage available rooms and issue room keys.
·         Work closely with other department to ensure the services provided are of standard More than 1 Year experience in the same field

6. SECRETARIES (8 POSTS)

 Skills and Qualifications:
·         Good organization skills.
·         Computer literate.
·         Should be a lady, less than 28yrs old.
·         Good time management.
·         Good communications skills, written and verbal Discretion.
·         Confidence with IT and Microsoft Operations i.e Office,Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher. Accuracy and good attention to detail An ability to stay calm and tactful under pressure Self-motivation A bright and positive attitude Fluent both written and spoken, English and Swahili
