Marketing Manager
Duties and responsibilities-Reporting to the Managing Director, duties and responsibilities of the Marketing manager will include:
-Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirement;
-Preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions,
-Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
-Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; Monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
-Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertizing, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; Developing field sales action plans.
-Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging,
-Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
-Projects Company’s value by keeping information confidential.
-Prepares daily call plans and reports and discuss them with the chief executive officer and reports any problems encountered for assistance and guidance,
-Uses E- Commerce as a commerce delivery channel.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
-Degree in Marketing from recognized institution that is Supported by practical work experience,
-Minimum of 5 years in Large manufacturing company with at least three years recent experience in manufacturing industry,
-Strategic and short term spare parts manufacturing planning.
-Computer knowledge is an essential requirement

Fork Lift River
Duties and responsibilities
-Reporting to administration officer, duties and responsibilities of the forklift driver Include:
-Drives forklift to location of load.
-Moves levers to position platform under load or push fork lift into base board of load and raised load.
-Drives forklift, often through confined spaces, to position desired, exercising care to prevent damage to goods.
-Deposits load on floor or raises platform to desired height for stacking articles in piles or on shelves.
-May carry out routine servicing of forklift.
-May load or unload forklift by hand.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE.
-Holder of ordinary level certificate. Posses license of class' C" or equivalent plus at least 3 years driving with a clean record.
-Standard 7 education with class" C" license and at least 4 years driving experience with a clean record.
Machine Operators (8 Posts)

Duties and responsibilities.
Reporting to: the assistant production engineer
duties and responsibilities of the machine operator include:
-Prepare the machine for each production task, Enter information such as sizes, shapes,
-Cut information into computer controlled machines
-Adjust machine settings such as speed,
-Perform tests to ensure the machine is set properly, and then operate the machine for normal production .
-Put each part or piece into machine incase the production line is fully automated.
-Monitor the equipment to en sure proper function throughout the production process,
-Randomly test or measure products or parts to ensure that they meet specifications.
-Clean or recalibrate machines after production is completed .
-Create production reports for machines they operate.
-Pack the final products for easy loading and off loading
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Academic:
-Diploma and or certificate in technical studies from recognized institutions/VETA.
Experience:

Duties and responsibilities.
-Reporting to the Accountant, duties and responsibilities of the cashier will include the Following;
-Receives incoming cash, checks it against sales slips or other documents,

-May make wage sheets and wage packets and pay wages.
-Pays out cash against written orders or credit notes and obtains receipts.
-Keeps records of amounts received and paid and reconciles cash balance with records

Qualifications

Duties and responsibilities
-Reporting to the marketing Manager, duties and responsibilities of the sales person will include the following:
-Prepares daily call plans and reports and discusses them with the Marketing manager and reports any problems encountered for assistance and guidance.
-Manage direct sales distribution.
-Collect cash from customers.
-Co-ordinate direct transport to the points of sales.
-Manage return on daily basis
-Submit daily cash collection and return.
-Open new markets and recruit new customers.
-Maintain good customer relations and maintain the curre customer base.
-Handle all customer complaints that will arise in the process distribution.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Academic : form Four / Six
Profession1: Driving License
Experience:
-2-3 Years working experience in the manufacturing sector.

Stores Officer
Duties and responsibilities.
-Reporting to the Finance and Administration manager, duties and responsibilities of the stores officer will include the following:
-Supervise daily receipts and issues in the store
-Supervise and assist in off - loading of vehicles and de-stuffing containers.
-Controlling inventory counts in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
-Ensure all materials are appropriately stored in proper bin locations
-Resolve customer queries and take appropriate actions.
-Place items on the re-order inventory schedule when required.
-Validating the accuracy of system transactions. Following site safety rules at all times.

Experience

-Reporting to the finance and Administration Manager, duties and responsibilities of the Accountant will include the following; Process daily payments and ensure that financial transactions are in accordance with company financial rules and regulations. Management of Subsidiary and general ledgers.
-Preparation of final accounts.
-Proper management of assets,
-Perform Bank reconciliation on various Bank accounts.
-Prepare and review budget, expenditure, payroll entries,invoices and other accounting documents. •
-Ensure that all records pertaining to Receivables and Payables are updated in the accounting systems.
-Ensure that statutory duties are established on monthly basis and respective forms are filled and submitted to the responsible Authorities including VAT, PAVE, NSSF, SDL and Corporate Tax Returns.
-Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications,
-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, ADA, CPA or CA qualifications and registered with NBAA as Authorized Accountant. Masters in Accounting and finance will be an added advantage.
Experience
-At least three (3) years practical experience in computerized accounting environment
-Conversant with PASTEL accounting programme
-Practical knowledge of taxation (Income Tax and PAYE)
-Computer literacy especially in Ms Word and Excel for windows
