OBJECTIVE
As head of the department S/HE must competently
drive the sales strategy and marketing initiative of the Engine Tanzania
in order to achieve the set objective to effectively new business and
sustain existing clients within commercial, retail, lubricant and alternative sales streams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and sustaining customer relationship
- Executing business objectives
- Coordinating sales and marketing initiatives
- Managing the sales and marketing team
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
1. A graduate in sales, marketing or engineering fields
2. Experience in similar position in OMC, FMCG is must
3. A person of high integrity, intellect and energy
