1.Physiotherapist(Ref: 42)

Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT) is a locally registered NGO first established in 1994. It is the largest indigenous provider of disability rehabilitation services in the country. CCBRT aims to improve the quality of life of people living with disabilities as well as their families and to enable them to
achieve their legitimate potential.
Duties to Include
  •  To supervise, training and assisting the CRW’S in recognizing disability aspects, referring, providing education and interventions to clients.
  •  To collaborate closely with the other paramedic of CCBRT, working flexible and as a team, attending team meetings, executes tasks for the team, cooperating in the different tasks according to the time schedules.
  • To collaborate closely with all other associated professional and administrative staff of the Disability Hospital and Community Program: especially orthopedic Workshop, OPD, Doctors, CRW’S, School Coordinators and Social Work
  • To organize instruction groups and group interventions for the clients.
  • Ordering, measuring and providing necessary equipment for the clients
  •  To establish cooperation and maintain good communication with other existing rehabilitative services, Schools, Hospitals, Dispensaries, and organizing transfers and assistance with patients where necessary.
  •  To organize and conduct training courses for colleague, other supervisors and CRW’S patients
  • To provide rehabilitation and counseling to patients
  • To keep and maintain patient’s records
  • To provide Primary Health Care
  •  Completing monitoring and evaluation of assessment and progress forms in conjunction with training and assisting the CRW’S
  •  To participate in the preparation of periodic performance report
Work Experience / Skills
  •  3 years experience ( E )
  •  Good communication skills ( P)
  •  Knowledge of computer ( E )
  •  Ability to work in community setting and Hospital setting ( E )
Qualifications
  •  Diploma of Physiotherapy ( E )

2 .Principal Quality Manager(Ref: 39)

Duties to Include:
  •  Leads and gives guidance and advise in all quality related issues
  •  Leads the desinging of quality related concepts for the organization and supports management in the implementation process.
  • leads and/or supports in analyzing current state and root cause analyses after fatal incidents.
  • Leads quality related change processes and quality related projects; or coaches managers in change management or project management topics
  •  Leads the process of drafting infection control measures and audits the implementation process (implementation lies with the management of the hospital)
  •  Takes the final decision on new quality related drafts of processes, e.g. Incident reporting system for CCBRT
  •  Defines the structure for document control and of policies and procedures
  •  Supports all areas in quality related issues.
  • Supporting management on all levels in drafting and implementing procedures and guidelines
  •  Technical adviser/coach for the quality assistant
  •  Technical adviser for quality management to staff members in the organization/coach for quality representatives
  •  Coaches management of all levels in scientific problem solving
  •  Plans and conducts internal audits on a yearly basis
  •  Analyses results of the internal management system according to quality related topics and drafts overall action list , higlights gaps and problems for CEO
  •  Prepares reports (management review) for CEO after internal quality audits and other quality analysis to keep them fully informed about the technical issues of quality management, about deviation from optimum conditions in the audited areas, existing and potential risks and about any untoward consequences thereo
Work Experience / Skills
  •  Medical background (e.g. medical doctor or registered nurse) ( E )
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in Quality Management or Risk Management or Hospital Management ( E )
  •  Experience in process management or total quality management/risk management ( P )
  •  Project management skills ( E )
  •  Strong knowlege of Quality management and Quality Management systems ( E )
  •  Knoweldege of Lean Management and sientific problem solving ( P )
  •  Skills in planning and conducting on the job trainings ( E )
  • Strong skills in microsoft office and visio ( E )
Qualifications
  •  Masters Degree in Health Economy/Hospital Management or comparable ( E )
  •  Medical background (e.g. medical doctor or registered nurse/midwife, bachelor in nursing) ( E )
  •  Qualification in either quality management or risk management ( E )
